Wild Garlic & Parmesan Wafers
A simple wafer recipe. Offering a delightful nibble to accompany your pre or post dinner drinks.
- 100 g good quality parmesan cheese grated
- A few grinds of black pepper
- 4 tbsp wild garlic finely chopped
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/gas mark 4. Line a baking tray with grease proof paper. Stir together the cheese, wild garlic, and pepper. Sprinkle the mixture into 12 neat little round mounds. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes, until bubbling and golden at the edges. Remove the sheet from the oven and immediately lay them on a flat, cool surface.
